Storage/Instructions: Mix edible gelatine with 6 tbsp. cold water, allow to swell for 5 min. If the ingredients are cold, heat the gelatine while stirring until it is completely dissolved. Whisk a few tablespoons of the cold ingredient into the gelatine, then slowly stir in the remaining ingredient. If the ingredients are warm, stir in the swollen gelatine to dissolve. Note: Does not work with fresh pineapples, kiwis, figs, papayas.

Sprinkle one 9g sachet onto six tablespoons of cold water and leave it to swell for five minutes. Warm gently until dissolved, without boiling. For a cold mixture, first stir a few spoonfuls into the gelatine, then mix it back into the remainder. One sachet sets about 500ml of liquid and corresponds to roughly six gelatine leaves.
