Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT FLOUR, starch (WHEAT), 1.6% icing sugar, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), colourings (carotene, riboflavin), flavouring. May contain: EGG, SOYA, MILK.

Grease a 26 cm springform; pre-heat 180 °C (160 °C fan). Base: put the base mix in a bowl; add 100 g butter/margarine + 1 egg. Mix to crumbs. Press ⅔ into the tin; knead the rest, roll into a rope and press up the sides (~3 cm). Filling: melt 150 g butter. In a bowl combine the topping mix with 3 eggs, 500 g quark, 300 g yoghurt; mix smooth. Stir in the melted butter. Pour into the tin and smooth. Bake on the lower third for ~55 min; cool completely in the tin. Dust with the decorating sugar to serve.
