Storage/Instructions: The pack contains: 300 g baking mix for the dough 270 g mix for the topping 10 g decorating sugar You will also need: Springform tin (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker some fat some wheat flour Just add: 250 g soft butter (or 100 g margarine and 150 g butter) 4 eggs (size M) 500 g quark (low-fat) 300 g yoghurt 1 Prepare and make the dough Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: approx. 180°C Hot air: approx. 160°C Grease the springform tin. Place the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl, add 100 g butter or margarine and 1 egg. Mix everything with a mixer (beaters) on the lowest setting to form crumbles. Using a tablespoon, spread 2/3 of the crumble over the base of the springform tin and press down to form a base. Leave the cake to cool in the tin on a cake rack. Only then remove the cake from the tin using a knife. Sprinkle with decorative sugar just before serving. Knead the remaining crumble into a smooth dough and shape into a roll on a lightly floured work surface. Place the dough roll on the pastry base as an edge and press it against the tin to create a 3 cm high edge. 2 Topping Melt 150 g butter. Place the mixture for the topping in a mixing bowl. Add 3 eggs, quark and yoghurt. Mix everything with a mixer (paddle attachment) on the lowest setting until smooth. Stir in the melted butter on the lowest setting. Pour the mixture into the tin and smooth out. 3 Bake Place the tin on the rack in the oven. Shelf: lower third Baking time: approx. 55 mins. Leave the cake to cool in the tin on a cake rack. Only then remove the cake from the tin using a knife. Sprinkle with decorative sugar just before serving.
