Ingredients

Gelatine, acidifier (fumaric acid), colouring food, safflower concentrate, flavoring, colouring (E 131).

1. Mix 1 sachet jelly and 80g sugar (about 4 heaped tablespoons) in a saucepan, then mix with water using a wooden spoon. 2. Heat, stirring, until dissolved (don't let it boil!). 3. Pour liquid into dessert glasses or a glass bowl. Allow to cool briefly, then place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
