Hot cocoa made with Caotina

What is this product?

Caotina is the Swiss equivalent of drinking chocolate, stirred into hot or cold milk. Unlike most cocoa powders it is made with real Swiss chocolate rather than cocoa alone, and that is what gives it the rounder, less bitter cup its followers have bought for over fifty years. Two to three heaped teaspoons per 200ml; it dissolves without lumps and works cold as readily as hot. It bakes well too. Vegan-friendly, and 500g is the standard Swiss household size.

Firstly it is nice to find somewhere to in the uk to purchase this product, but please can you review how you package your products as two of the products had burst on delivery and thus I managed to selvage one of them, but lost most of the other.
