Refund policy

No Physical Returns

To ensure the safety and integrity of our food products, we do not accept physical returns of any items once they have been delivered. This policy is in place for health and hygiene reasons. All sales of food items are final.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@delicious-fb.com.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item and its original packaging.


Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Items where the original seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened after delivery.
  • Items that were stored incorrectly after delivery.

Refund

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
