Where we ship
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Chelmsford. Because your order is already in the country, no customs charges or import fees apply.
Delivery options and cost

Both rates are flat, whatever the size of your order, and there is no minimum order value. Ordering several items together therefore costs no more in postage than ordering one.
Carrier and tracking
We ship with Royal Mail and select the service that suits the destination and the parcel. Once your order leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you miss a delivery
Royal Mail will usually attempt redelivery or offer a collection point. Follow the instructions in your tracking email.
Chilled and frozen goods
We do not ship chilled or frozen products. Everything in our range is ambient-stable and travels safely at room temperature.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us at with your order number and a photo. Our explains how this is handled.
