Answer: Unless stated otherwise, prices shown on product pages include tax.

Answer: We focus on real German products and source from German brands and wholesalers.

Question: Can I request products you don’t currently stock?

Question: Can I track my order?

Answer: Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

Question: Do you ship chilled products?

Answer: No, we currently do not ship chilled products.

Question: How long does delivery take?

Answer: Standard delivery usually takes 2-4 business days, while express delivery takes 1-2 business days. Our UK warehouse ensures that these shipping times are consistent.

Question: How much does delivery cost?

Answer: Standard delivery is a flatrate of £3.99. Express delivery is a flatrate of £4.99.

Question: Is there a minimum order value?

Answer: no we do not have a minimum order value. We recommend getting multiple things at once as the shipping fee is a flat rate.

Question: What does “Sold out” mean?

Answer: “Sold out” means the item is temporarily unavailable. We usually restock within a week.

Question: What happens if I miss my delivery?

Answer: Your courier will usually attempt redelivery or provide collection options. Please follow the instructions in your tracking link.

Question: Where do you dispatch orders from?

Answer: We dispatch from our warehouse in Chelmsford to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Question: Which courier do you use?

Answer: We ship with Royal Mail and choose the best option based on destination and parcel type.

Answer: No hidden import fees or customs apply for any order.
