What is this product?

Caotina Noir is the Swiss equivalent of dark hot chocolate powder, used to make a cocoa-rich drink with warm or cold milk and to deepen chocolate flavour in baking. Its 45 per cent cocoa content gives this version a particularly dark chocolate character. For one drink, dissolve two to three heaped teaspoons in 200ml of milk and stir thoroughly. The powder is equally at home in baked recipes that call for a pronounced chocolate note. This pack contains 450g.
