What is this product?

Caotina Blanc is the Swiss equivalent of white hot chocolate powder, used to make a chocolate drink with warm or cold milk and to flavour baking. For one drink, dissolve two to three heaped teaspoons in 200ml of milk, then stir until evenly combined. The same powder also works in baked recipes when a white chocolate character is wanted.
