What is this product?

Curry ketchup is the German equivalent of tomato ketchup with mild curry spice stirred through it, poured over chips, sausages and grilled meat. Hela's Delikat version is the mild one: warm and fragrant rather than hot, so it suits a child's plate and a Sunday fry-up equally. German kitchens keep it beside the ordinary ketchup rather than in place of it. Currywurst is the obvious use, but it also lifts wedges, burgers and cold cuts. At 800ml this is the size households here actually buy.
