Ingredients

Dextrose, modified starch (E 1412), separating agent (calcium phosphate (E 341))

1. Briefly whip 200 - 250 g cold whipped cream in a mixing bowl with a mixer (stir sticks). 2. Optionally add (vanillin) sugar to taste and keep whipping continuously. 3. Whip the cream to the desired firmness and chill until ready to serve. Remains firm for several hours!
