Ingredients

Sugar, gelling agent (pectins), acid (citric acid), preservative (sorbic acid).

Prepare 1 kg fruit (or 900 ml juice). Mix with one pack (500 g) in a large pan. Bring to the boil and boil hard for ~3 minutes, stirring; test for set. Skim if required; jar while hot and seal.
