Storage/Instructions: For 250 ml of milk (serves 4), rinse the mixing jug with hot water and pour in the cold milk. Add the dessert powder and briefly mix on the lowest setting using an electric mixer with whisk attachments. Then whisk on the highest setting for 3 minutes. Spoon the mousse into glasses or a serving bowl and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
