Ingredients

Corn starch, 16% low-fat cocoa powder, salt, vanilla flavour

1. Mix the pudding powder with about 2-3 heaped tablespoons (50 g) of sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tablespoons of 500 ml cold milk until smooth. 2. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from the stove and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. 3. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring. Pour the pudding into a bowl or a tart mold that has been rinsed with cold water. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to turn out.
