Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from the stove and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. 3. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring. Pour the pudding into a bowl or a tart mold that has been rinsed with cold water. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to turn out.

What is this product?
Dr Oetker Original Pudding Chocolate is a cook and serve dessert powder similar to chocolate blancmange, used to make a smooth, cocoa rich pudding for eating warm or chilled. Mix one sachet with about 50g sugar, then gradually stir in at least six tablespoons from 500ml cold milk until smooth. Boil the remaining milk, remove it from the heat and whisk in the mixture. Cook for at least one minute while stirring. To turn it out, chill the pudding for at least four hours.
