Ingredients

Sugar, 1.8% gelling agent (pectins), acidifying agent (citric acid), preservative (sorbic acid), palm oil

Prepare 1.5 kg fruit (or 1,250 ml fruit juice). Combine fruit/juice with one pack (500 g) in a large pan. Bring to the boil, then boil hard for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly; test for set. Skim if needed and fill hot into sterilised jars; seal. (Yields about 8 × 200 ml).
