What is this product?

Dr Oetker Rum Flavouring is the German equivalent of alcohol free rum essence, used to add a fine rum note to cakes, pastries, desserts, creams, glazes and drinks. Six drops are sufficient for a recipe using 500g flour, so measure lightly before adding more. The flavour also rounds out tarts, puddings, punch or cocktails when a clear rum character is wanted without adding alcohol. The pack contains four 2ml portions for separate baking sessions.
