What is this product?

Dr Oetker Lemon Flavouring is similar to concentrated lemon essence, used a few drops at a time to flavour cakes, desserts and savoury dishes. It brings a clear, tangy lemon note without changing the basic method of a recipe. Six drops are sufficient for 500g of flour, so the quantity is easy to judge when baking. Add it carefully to creams, glazes, biscuits or sorbets, increasing the flavour drop by drop when a stronger citrus note is wanted. The pack contains four 2ml portions.
