It provides an alternative to preparing fresh fruit when a recipe calls for lemon peel, with each amount already measured for baking or liquid mixtures. One 6g sachet is sufficient for a recipe containing 250g of flour or 500ml of liquid. The pack contains three sachets for three separate uses.
