Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT FLOUR, 14% chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, low-fat cocoa powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier (lecithins (SOYA))), 9.4% low-fat cocoa powder, CHICKEN EGG PROTEIN POWDER, icing sugar, modified starch, baking powder (raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium hydrogen carbonate), thickener (xanthan gum), WHEAT STARCH. May contain: MILK, HAZELNUTS.

Grease 4 heatproof ramekins (~150 ml each) and place on a baking tray. Pre-heat oven to 200 °C (180 °C fan). Put the baking mix in a bowl, add 200 g whipping/double cream, whisk to a smooth batter. Divide evenly between ramekins; bake 14–16 min on the middle shelf (14 min for a gooey centre). Dust with the included decorating sugar and serve warm.
