Ingredients

Sugar, 19% low-fat cocoa powder, glucose syrup, 6.0% chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier (lecithins)), palm fat, beef gelatine, maltodextrin, modified starch, emulsifier (E472b), MILK PROTEIN, dried coffee powder, thickener (carrageenan), salt. May contain: EGG, LACTOSE, CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, PISTACHIOS.

Pour the required amount of cold milk into a tall mixing jug, whisk in the matching quantity of Dr. Oetker Professional Mousse au Chocolat dessert powder, then whip with a hand mixer or stand mixer on high for about 5 minutes until light and creamy; portion into dishes and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. As a guide, use 400 g powder per 1 litre of milk (a 1 kg bag with 2.5 litres of milk yields roughly 58 × 60 g portions).
