What is this product?
Götterspeise is the German equivalent of jelly, a brightly coloured dessert you mix with sugar and water, chill until set, and use in trifles or layered puddings. This is the lemon one, sharp and clean, which cuts through a rich cream layer better than the berry flavours. Two 12.6g sachets per pack, each setting half a litre, so one pack covers a family pudding twice over. Heat until dissolved, pour and chill.
