Grün-Ohr Hase is German for green eared rabbit, soft vegan fruit gummies similar to a British foam sweet, perfect for sharing with children. The green ear is the Katjes trademark and the reason this is the single best known sweet the company makes. The texture is soft and airy rather than chewy, the flavour comes from apple and elderberry juice, and the colours come from fruit and plant concentrates. There is no gelatine in them at all. Every pack holds 210 g.
