What is this product?
Brause-Bonbon-Stangen are the German equivalent of a roll of fizzy sweets, pressed sherbet tabs stacked into a stick, perfect for a pocket on the school run. Each of the three sticks weighs 23 g and carries its own flavour: lemon, raspberry or cola. They are sharper than a British fizzy sweet because the sherbet is pressed rather than coated, so the fizz builds as the tab dissolves. Keep one in a glovebox or a coat pocket.

Great raspberry, if you can live with the fizz.

What it tastes like

The raspberry flavour is very good. The fizzy part is where I struggle, I am simply not a fan of it.

The catch

The texture while it dissolves is not pleasant. It goes a bit strange in the mouth before it is gone.

Who it's for

People who like fizzy sweets. Nobody who has a problem with odd textures.

Do you ship chilled products?

No. We only ship products that keep at room temperature, so fresh sausages such as Bratwurst, cheese and quark are not in our range, and we do not stock soups at the moment. For a German sausage night we carry what goes with them: Hela currywurst sauce and curry ketchup, Born Thuringia Bratwurst mustard, Löwensenf and Händlmaier sweet mustard.
