What it is
Ahoj-Brause Bonbon-Stangen are fizzy sherbet sweets from the German sherbet brand, sold as 3 sticks of 23g. I tried the raspberry ones.
What it tastes like
The raspberry flavour is very good. The fizzy part is where I struggle, I am simply not a fan of it.
The catch
The texture while it dissolves is not pleasant. It goes a bit strange in the mouth before it is gone.
Who it's for
People who like fizzy sweets. Nobody who has a problem with odd textures.
How I eat it
Pop one in with a sip of vodka and let the two fizz together.
Would I recommend it?
Yes.
