What is this product?
Weiss Herzen Sterne Brezeln are soft German Lebkuchen in heart, star and pretzel shapes, the German equivalent of chocolate coated gingerbread biscuits, perfect for sharing from a bowl through Advent. Each piece is baked from spiced brown Lebkuchen dough with cinnamon and covered in milk chocolate that makes up 25 percent of the weight, the milder choice next to the dark version. The three shapes are the ones German families expect on a Christmas plate, and the 500 g pack is the family size sold in supermarkets every autumn. Lebkuchen Weiss has baked them in Neu-Ulm since 1925. Store the pack dry and away from heat so the chocolate keeps its shine.
