What is this product?
Ovomaltine Crunchy Biscuit is the Swiss version of a chocolate malt sandwich biscuit, similar to a malted cream biscuit, dipped into coffee or packed for a school lunch. Two crisp biscuit halves made with Ovomaltine malt powder hold a soft cream filling with the same malty cocoa taste as the famous drink. Wander AG bakes them in Neuenegg, and the 250g pack holds about seven to eight servings of two biscuits. They travel well, so they suit the office drawer, a hike or a train ride. Store them cool and dry, away from heat, and the biscuits keep their snap.
