What is this product?
Lambertz Vanille-Kipferl are the German equivalent of vanilla crescent shortbread biscuits, the small curved Christmas classic served with coffee or tea. Lambertz bakes them in Aachen from wheat flour, sugar and natural vanilla flavouring to a crumbly, short texture that melts on the tongue. The 400 g pack is the family size, enough to fill the biscuit plate through Advent and still leave a few for the bunter Teller on Christmas Eve. They also work all year round as a plain, not too sweet biscuit for the office or an afternoon cup. Keep the pack dry and away from heat and the Kipferl stay crisp.
