What is this product?
Salatkrönung Italian Style Herbs is the German equivalent of a dry Italian herb dressing mix, whisked with water and oil for leafy salads, pasta salads or antipasti. Basil, thyme and rosemary give the vinaigrette a fragrant Mediterranean character while keeping the flavours balanced. Whisk one 8g sachet with 45ml of cold water, add 45ml of oil, then whisk again until lightly thickened. Pour it over 300 to 400g of prepared salad and serve straight away. Five sachets come in the pack.
