What is this product?
Knorr Salatkrönung Griechische Art is the German equivalent of a Greek-style dry dressing mix, whisked with water and oil before you pour it over tomato, cucumber and feta salad. Oregano and basil give it a bright, aromatic Mediterranean flavour. For the standard dressing, combine one 9g sachet with 45ml cold water, then whisk in 45ml oil for 10 to 15 seconds. This dresses roughly 300 to 400g of prepared salad. Lemon or white wine vinegar adds tang, while extra water makes the consistency lighter.
