Sweet heat that never quite gets hot.
What it tastes like
A good mix of heat and sweetness, the sweet side tastes almost like honey to me. It is less hot than I expected from a chilli ketchup, the sweetness rounds it off and keeps it friendly.
The catch
For me it could be hotter. If you want a chilli ketchup that bites, this one holds back.
Who it's for
People who do not handle heat well and still want a bit of warmth on their chips or burger. For them it is close to perfect. Chilli heads should look further along the shelf.
