What is this product?

Dreikornbrot means three grain bread, and this organic version builds it from rye, oats and barley with linseed and sesame worked through. Mestemacher mills the grain fresh in its own mill, and the oats and barley soften the sourness of the rye into something rounder. It is vegan, high in fibre at 11g per 100g, and keeps in the cupboard without refrigeration until opened. Every 500g pack is ready to eat.
