What it is
Mestemacher Bio Dreikorn is an organic German three grain rye bread in a 500g pack. It is made from rye, oats and barley with linseed and sesame, and it is vegan.
What it tastes like
Grainy and full-bodied. The texture is what you notice first.
The catch
It is relatively hard to chew. If you want a soft slice, this is not the loaf for you.
Who it's for
I would give it to vegans, since it is vegan and has a proper bite. I would not give it to anyone who finds chewing difficult.
Would I recommend it?
