What is this product?

Grünkern is green spelt, harvested while still unripe and roasted over beechwood, and it gives this loaf a gently smoky note you will not find in a plain rye. Mestemacher combines it with organic spelt and organic wholemeal rye, milled fresh in its own mill. It is vegan, high in fibre at 9g per 100g, and keeps in the cupboard without refrigeration until opened. Every 500g pack is ready to eat.
