What it is
Mestemacher Organic Spelt and Green Spelt is a dense organic wholegrain loaf with Grünkern, green spelt roasted over beechwood, sold in a 500g pack.
What it tastes like
It is a good bread. Especially toasted it tastes great, and that is how I would always serve it.
The catch
It is quite dry eaten as it comes. The toaster fixes most of that, butter does the rest.
Who it's for
I would recommend it to anyone who wants a solid, wholesome everyday loaf.
How I eat it
Toasted, with avocado and a fried egg on top.
Would I recommend it?
