What is this product?

Süßer Senf is the German equivalent of a sweet mustard relish, served with Weisswurst, Leberkäse and pretzels at any Bavarian breakfast. Löwensenf builds theirs on coarsely ground mustard seed with a caramel note and a quiet chilli warmth underneath the sweetness. At 36.5 g of sugar per 100 ml it is closer to a condiment than a table mustard, which is exactly the point. Spread it on a roast pork roll, or serve it beside a cheese board.
