What is this product?
Kaba Himbeere is the German equivalent of a raspberry milkshake powder, stirred into cold milk for a bright pink drink in seconds. Himbeere is German for raspberry, and two or three heaped teaspoons are enough to turn a plain glass sweet and fruity without a blender. The colour comes from beetroot red rather than a synthetic dye, and the powder carries added B vitamins and folic acid. There is no British equivalent to pink raspberry milk powder. The 400 g pack makes around 20 glasses.
