What is this product?

Volles Korn means whole grain, and that is all this loaf is: organic wholemeal rye, water, sea salt and yeast. Mestemacher mills the rye fresh in its own mill in Gütersloh and bakes it slowly, which is where the dark colour and the honest sour depth come from. It is vegan, the lowest in fat of the range at 1.1g per 100g, high in fibre, and keeps in the cupboard without refrigeration until opened. Every 500g pack is ready to eat.
