What is this product?

This is the organic version of Mestemacher's sunflower seed rye, made from certified organic wholemeal rye with 5 per cent organic sunflower seeds and sea salt instead of iodised salt. The seeds bring a nutty richness and lift the fat content, so it eats a little more generously than the plain rye loaves. It is vegan, high in fibre at 9.8g per 100g, and keeps in the cupboard without refrigeration until opened. Every 500g pack is ready to eat.
