What is this product?

Mehrkornbrot is the German equivalent of a dense multigrain rye loaf, built from rye, barley and oats with linseed and sesame through it. Mestemacher mills the grain fresh in its own mill in Gütersloh, and the mix gives a fuller, seedier crumb than a plain rye. It is vegan, the highest fibre bread in this range at 12.3g per 100g, and keeps in the cupboard without refrigeration until opened. Every 500g pack is ready to eat.
