What is this product?

Fitnessbrot is Mestemacher's rye and oat loaf, built with 12 per cent oat products and a per cent of wheat germ. It carries the most protein in the range at 5.9g per 100g, which is where the name comes from, and the oats give it a softer, milder crumb than a straight rye. It is vegan, high in fibre at 9.1g per 100g, and keeps in the cupboard without refrigeration until opened. Every 500g pack is ready to eat.
